The Bliss Filled Mama, the best twenty pages of self help I've ever read. Reading this e-book by Kathy Stowell from Bliss Beyond Naptime
is like talking to your best friend; within the first paragraph I was
already laughing and relating to her. If you are a mother or even a full
time caretaker of little ones you know how busy life gets and how often
you forget about yourself. This book really could not have come to my
attention and a more opportune time for me. When I bought this book last
week it had been over a week since I had showered, my daughters weren't
napping at the same time and I had a pile of other things I wanted or
need to do that were cluttering up my thoughts.
I needed some good advice and that's what I got. Her message is simple: take time to care for yourself. Fill your days with moments of bliss and in turn you will be happier. The book is only twenty pages but it's a powerful twenty pages that will open up your mind to how simple it is to be happier in your daily life. After reading this in one sitting, I promptly choose something that made me really happy and I did it for 5 minutes until someone came calling. I got 5 rows of knitting done on my sweater. I was happy and able to help my toddler get her shirt off for the tenth time that afternoon.
This book was worth every penny and I am glad I have it to read and remind myself to take little moments through out the day for me.
I knew the moment I finished reading this that I was going to share it with you all and so I asked Kathy if she would let me help promote it by giving away copy. She generously said yes!
