Oh! Little one with sky-high dreams!! I'll get back to you with the interview soon...doing report cards this week so working late every night!
ReplyDeleteShe does have sky high dreams! If this love of planes continues she maybe a pilot one day! Oh report cards...what if our kids gave us mama report cards?
DeleteOh my, my little guys would have been in complete heaven. Yours looks so tiny, it is a great perspective.
ReplyDeleteHere is mine to share this week.

Have a great weekend!
She took off and I saw her get so tiny against those planes I had to snap the shot.
DeleteOh wow! What a cool shot! Love everything about this picture!
ReplyDeleteOur moment this week comes from our celebration before heading to see Mary Poppins (in Providence, RI) last night! My sister's birthday is the 28th, and my Emma turns four on the 21st! Needless to say, we *had* to have some cake!

Have a great weekend!
Wow!! This is awesome!! We live 2 seconds from the local airport so I thought we were spoiled seeing the planes. But we've never been on the runway before!
ReplyDeleteYou can walk right up underneath the planes and touch them. My daughter liked to knock on them.
Deletesuch little sweetness against such big machines...makes little one look all the sweeter! happy weekend :o)
ReplyDeleteCan you imagine what that must have felt like, all of those big planes and that wide open sky?
ReplyDeleteI was really impressed so I imagine that at her size it must have been monumental.
DeleteThis is stunning. Is this a military airport? Want to know the story!
ReplyDeleteMy moment: http://collectedquotidian.com/2012/02/10/this-moment-18/
It's the Pima Air and Space Museum. The air force base is located across the street from this. You can check out more pictures from out trip there on this post: http://littlehomesteadinthedesert.blogspot.com/2012/01/air-and-space.html

DeleteSo tiny with all those big plains! Did she enjoy it?

She loved it. We spent 4 hours there walking around at her direction!
DeleteAw, she looks so little! my little boy would green with envy with all those planes! Mind you I'm envious of that beautiful blue sky...

Such a great shot KC, she is so little next to those big planes, love it!!!
ReplyDeleteNeat what the photo does to the dimensions!
ReplyDeleteIn answer to your question about my "moment":
It's a "Creeping Jenny". A friend gave it to me and said I won't be able to kill it (unlike my other plants...) and so far she's been right: every time I think I did it again my "Jenny" just comes creeping around the corner again :)
Neat, I've never heard of that plant before.
DeleteBeautiful moment! I grew up living on Air Force Bases across the country and I have vivid memories of these massive airplanes and their distinctive sounds. I love how you've captured this moment with the beautiful blue sky and the variety of planes behind her. I wonder what she's thinking!?!?
ReplyDeleteThat must have been really interesting! Some of the bombers were so big that I can't even imagine how much noise they must make. In that moment I think she had picked up a rock actually. So she was probably thinking, "Should I throw it?" Thanks for stopping by.
