Defrost please!

There it is folks our local pastured turkey from Chirichaua Pastured Meats. Joshua Koen does a damn fine job a rasing super healthy delicious birds. This turkey two nights before Thanksgiving defrosting on my kitchen floor in all it's gritty ugly colored lighting. I've actually now moved it from it's home in the fridge, to a cooler with water to ensure that it does infact defrost all the way. I started defrosting on Sunday and am hoping and praying it makes it all the way by midmorning on Thursday! Wish me luck.
