Goodies from our CSA basket
This week's CSA held such a beautiful array of color. Winter squash, pink turnips, carrots and diakon radishes. There were lots of lovely greens as well but those don't make for such diverse color arrangements.
Delicata squash is my new favorite...so delicious and so easy to prepare! I love CSAs for getting me out of my normal routine and pushing me to try new varieties of produce.

ReplyDeleteI haven't tried it yet. Tonight I used the jack be little pumpkins and spinach to make a pilaf with Israeli couscous. It was delicious.
