How's the reading going, Radical Homesteaders...?
Hi Everyone, I hope you had a lovely weekend. So I just realized that March 3rd, the day I said I would have the book discussion, is actually on a Saturday. Then I looked at the calendar and saw that my mom is in town this weekend as well. I'm going to push the discussion back to March 9th which is in fact a Friday. That way if any of you weren't able to get the book yet or have gotten distracted (hello toddlers) then you have sometime to catch up. I'm half way through part one and I'm so excited to talk about it. There is so much to discuss it will be hard to choose!

ReplyDeleteMy dad actually made the birthday ring (and the heart and the sheep that you see there too). He used the dimensions found on the Nova Natural birthday ring and we bought the sun and the moon ornament from Nova too, though my mom added the glitter! :)

We are just loving the birthday ring tradition! I wish we had started it with the girls first birthdays but such is life! The crown that Em is wearing (and Grace has one too) I made following the directions in Amanda Soule's Creative Family book (with wool felt bought through Nova as well)!
KC, Did you get any sort of tracking # for the book I won in the giveaway? I haven't received it yet but hopefully it's on its way!
