    We made the gelato with fresh strawberries. And I found organic ice cream cones. One day soon I'll share my gelato recipe!

      Thanks Kim. Being vegan do you guys eat ice cream? Or do you like the raw cashew "ice cream"? I tried it once at a whole foods tasting but it was way way to sweet for me.
