Pagano cookbook
Six years ago I bought this book in Florence at one of my favorite paper shops. Don't get me started on hand crafted paper. I'm just glad I don't have easy access to any good paper shops around here. So I got this book with my future family in mind, that one day I would write down all the recipes that I have up in my head and then my kids would be able to cook their favorite meals when I'm long gone.
Right now I am writing them down in this book and will eventually copy them over. I really need to have two books because I am already out of pages in the first book. I have a lot of dishes in my repertoire. It's amazing when you write down all the things you know how to cook, with out a recipe, just how many things you really do know how to cook.
