Garlic Harvest

 Yesterday morning I finally harvested the garlic I planted back in October. In most place the harvest doesn't happen until end of May or even into July. But here in Tuscon it's warm so garlic is done fairly early.

 I pulled up all but 5 heads as they were not quite ready yet. In these pictures I've laid them out to dry up a bit before bringing them inside to hang and cure.

This my first time growing and harvesting garlic. It wasn't hard. I will definitely do it again. I just hope it tastes good!
