As many of you know we've been dealing with restless sleep and all night nursing, as well as biting. Over the past few days we've implemented a few changes that seem to be working. We are down to one or two feedings a night from ten. Biting as well has stopped, after I took Amy's advice to put Sofia down any time she bites me. It seems to have gotten through to her which I am very happy about.
Daniele is also helping out at night with comforting her. This has helped me a lot as I can sleep more soundly. Sofia is also waking up later thank goodness.
I don't actually know if what we're doing is truly having an effect or if Sofia is just maturing. She tends to do that. Just when I think I can't handle something anymore she stops doing it. In any case I'm happy with the change in her. She seems a much happier more contented baby. Could it be all the walking she is doing? Maybe it's the new car.....
