Sourdough English muffins

As you may have noticed I've been on a sourdough craze lately. How can you not when you have a little pet to feed everyday. This morning I made sourdough English muffins. They are so delicious and super easy to make. I used the recipe from Wild Yeast. I was able to make ten muffins from the dough. We ate 4 this morning and I froze the rest to be eaten on demand. As Daniele said this morning, " I guess we won't be buying English muffins anymore."
